Mr. Lewis is a graduate of the King’s College Physician Assistant program, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He is also a Registered Respiratory Therapist, graduating from Mansfield University in Mansfield, Pennsylvania.

David practiced family medicine in rural areas and small towns of New York State for a number of years before moving to North Carolina ten years ago.

Mr. Lewis is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Association of Family Practice Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and registered with the North Carolina Medical Board.
